Few days post buying car from here. As of so far, car runs perfectly fine. Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable, but also laid-back - which was nice as a first-time buyer. Felt very comfortable throughout the experience. Would recommend to a friend.

Carhub Newport has delivered the best experience I have ever had from any car dealer. Had a slight issue with the car a week later, phoned Rav and had the car fixed the very next day. I have experience a similar issue with my sons car a few years ago and the dealer refused to fix it. Can not fault these guys! Thank you again

I bought a car here in Dec 2023 after my previous car failed miserably and expensively at its last MOT. Through no fault of their own, the paperwork and process of getting the car took hours and we kept having problems getting the technology to verify my ID.
They were extremely patient, kind and professional during this whole process and my husband and I felt safe and well looked after.
After we finally got the car deal sorted my engine light turned on once I got home. It was a day of ridiculous bad luck. I phoned them up and they immediately sent someone out to run a diagnostic and sort the whole thing out.
A month later my engine light has made an awful reappearance and again they were fantastic. They are keen to swiftly fix the issue.

I can't recommend them enough. I felt like I could trust them and that they care a lot about customer care even when you get an irritatingly unlucky customer like myself!

I would highly reccommend carhub. I was very nervous about buying my first car, but the environment was very welcoming and friendly and I felt free to look and take as much time as I needed to think about things. I was looking for an automatic car and could not be happier with the car I got. Prices were very fair, my brother who has his test later on this year was amazed at the prices of the manual cars and the member of staff we talked to was helpful in offering to help look for a car for him when the time comes. I also felt that everything was very transparent as I was able to see information about past MOTs as well as when the warranty would end and how to go about renewing it and temporary cover for driving the car away. Overall I had a brilliant experience buying from carhub.
